    Employment Rights

    Tuesday, September 19, 2 -4 pm

    A Workshop for older workers and job seekers over the age of 40 presented by The Senior Employment Program of Catholic Charities Worcester County, together with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The workshop will cover the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Topics may include, but are not limited to prohibited pre-employment questions and medical inquiries during the application process, reasonable job accommodations, and EEOC’s complaint filing process, mediation and litigation program. The program is free and open to all. Refreshments will be served. Please call Susan Maedler @ (508) 860-2241 for more information and to register.
